Sarah

Sarah’s love for Europe dates back to the tender age of 14, when she travelled to England for the first time. This Midwestern girl never thought she would have the chance, however, to consider herself a local. It was after Bachelor’s degrees in Dietetics and Spanish, a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, and working as a Registered Dietitian in a children's’ hospital that she and her new fiance were first presented with the opportunity to make the transatlantic move. Four weeks later, they were married with all the bells and whistles of a traditional American wedding, and within a few months they had settled in Munich. Sarah instantly fell in love with the German language, culture, and beer.

On a typical day and if she’s not studying the intricacies of German grammar, you could find Sarah hiking in the Bavarian Alps, tending to her balcony vegetable garden, or slinging up her hammock in a park somewhere.
