Summary:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • On-site role based in the city
  • Occasion travel to Europe’s most popular destinations may be required
  • As a tourism company, some holiday and/or weekend work may be necessary
  • Fluent English and Spanish required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hybrid work of the team of up to 20 people
  • Ensuring the efficiency of the team
  • Organise office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Assist in the onboarding and training  process for new hire
  • Creating report for higher management
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience within the tourism industry – essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks and accept instructions
  • Leadership abilities to  manage challenges and oversee employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to details to ensure that tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Strong prioritising an organisation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and productivity software
  • Familiarity with database management and internet search methods
