Who am I?  I am Jovan Gibson-Aviance, Serious foodie, roller coaster enthusiast and a walking Wikipedia.  When I am not trying to perfect the next Spanish food recipe that I have become obsessed with, I can be found exploring the city I now call home. In the short two and a half years that I have been in Spain, I have explored half of the country and I have only scratched the surface on what this place has to offer.
