Great Tours of Amsterdam
I visited Amsterdam last week with my family and went on two exceptional tours with Sandemans New Europe. The first tour was the private 3 hour General City Walking Tour with our guide, Rob. Rob was AMAZING! He was extremely well versed in all things Amsterdam and he provided us with a tour that all four of us raved about after. We learned so much about the city/ its people and Rob's passion for his home makes you feel really lucky you came to visit! Three hours was the perfect amount of time for us to see a large chunk of the city and still have time for a nice 30 minute break at the cutest little hidden cafe. We really enjoyed doing a private tour since we were able to set the pace and ask a million questions in a short amount of time. I'm sure the group tour is also wonderful, but traveling with my 65 year old parents, it was so nice to set our own pace they were comfortable with. The price for a private tour is very reasonable in my opinion, especially for the service we received! I honestly cannot recommend Rob and the private general city walking tour enough. Our second Sandemans tour was the group Red Light District Tour with Kendra. We were very curious to explore the famed Red Light District, but wanted to do it in a group environment with an informed guide and this tour was perfect!
