- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 5 days before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 4 and 2 days before the tour will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. Delays or no-shows will also result in no refund. Your guide will wait up to 15 minutes at the meeting point; after this time, the tour will be considered canceled, and a new booking will be required if you wish to reschedule.
